My first day at my new school

Today was my first day at my new school. I was feeling sad because I miss my other friends. My first day was good, all the girls in my class are friends with me.

I went up to orange words in M100W, and Rebecca already taught me all the orange words already, I hope I will move up to the next group next Monday because I know them.

I rode my bike to school, and I got stuck sometimes because there are some big hills and I can not ride up them yet. I fell of my bike after school because I accidently went the wrong way and when I turned around I fell off.

We had a little play on the playground next to my new school and it was fun. I can do the flying fox there all by myself. That playground is fun.

Mum and Alexis and Logan went to a new playgroup at my new school. Alexis did a painting of butterflies and a pasting with some drawing, and Logan did a drawing.

I wrote a full page of my writing at school today.

On the weekend Grandmum, Bumpa, Nathaniel and Aunty Naomi came to visit us. They had a sleep over here. Yesterday we went and visited Nanny and Pa. Nanny was in the nursing home, and it is just around their house. Aunty Wendy and Uncle Dick, and Sarah, Ashleigh and Lachlan were there too, we didn't know they were going to be there.

Yesterday afternoon we went into the city and went to the winter wonderland. I didn't ice skate, but I went on an ice slide and I threw some snow balls and they were REALLY cold, and I didn't have any gloves. Daddy and I went on the dodgem cars (they were the ones that were in the Charlotte's Web movie with Dakota Fanning). We had a real crash!

I need to go to bed now, so this is all for today. I will write some more things tomorrow. Goodnight,

July 12th

We haven't been doing very much. Tuesday we went to the shops. We went to Cotton on Kids, Pumpkin Patch and BIG W. And looked at a lot of other shops too.

At Pumpkin Patch Mum bought me a new skirt, and 2 head bands, and Alexis and I are sharing them.

We did some shopping at Coles too.

Today we went back to the shops. Mum bought me some new pyjamas in Target. They are blue with princesses on them. They are nice and warm. Alexis has 2 pairs of new pyjamas, on them she has horses and on the other ones she has bears and clouds. Logan has red ones with skulls on them. We did some more shopping in Coles too.

We went to Pet Stock to buy a big bale of straw for Coco, and we saw a little girl and she was playing with us sometimes, mostly Logan.

We saw a little kangaroo today that was next to its Mum, a baby one. They have been very close to our backyard this week.

I have my bed set up in my room now! And Alexis has got the same, she hasn't been in a big bed before because she was on a trundle bed in Bendigo. Logan is not in a cot anymore, but Mum says she might put him in it again in the day time because he won't go to sleep!

I rang Archie tonight, but I had to leave a message on his phone. I might visit him tomorrow.

I talked to Nathaniel and Grandmum on the phone tonight. They are coming here on Saturday to have a sleep over.

My first blog entry!

Mum thought it would be a good idea to start a blog, so that I could share everything I am doing with all my friends.

We just moved to Melbourne, and I am going to miss everyone. They will be able to read this and know what I am doing.

I have my own bedroom at our new house, when I need to go to the toilet at night time it is good because I am right next to the toilet.

I like the new house. We can see kangaroos out the back. We have been seeing heaps! Even at this time.

There is a playground just around the corner, and another one just a little bit further away.
